Westlab are a global supplier of bath salts, with a demographic including health conscious individuals, parents, health professionals, celebrities and professional athletes.

They approached us with a brief to modernise their existing Shopify eCommerce site, to coincide with their rebrand and launch into the US market.

We primarily focused on improving the customer experience. We did so with the introduction of a “Lifestyle” section, with the aim of making product selection easier. We also emphasised each product’s benefits to better distinguish between the range of salts.

Multiple currencies, reviews, customer accounts and a “magazine” style blog were also incorporated into the Shopify theme to provided visitors with product related advice and tips.
